Delighted by the successful implementation of the CCMS, Cybersoft was also given a supplementary contract that is also a component of the Justice System Reform Program, by the Ministry of Capacity Building. This comprises the study of the requirements as well as the development and implementation of an Autopsy System that can appropriately interface with the CCMS. The contract was signed on February 11, 2004.

Cybersoft signed the contract for the development of a computerized database system for the management of court cases on July 5, 2003. The project was part of the Justice Reform Program of the Ethiopian Government that was launched by the Ministry of Capacity Building. The project ownership was subsequently transferred to the Federal Supreme Court.
