Cybersoft presents at Knowledge-Age conference

An international conference, under the title, "Ethiopia in the Knowledge Age", was held between June 18 – 20, 2001 in Addis Ababa attracting about 400 participants. The conference, one of the largest of its kind, discussed the status of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Ethiopia.

Cybersoft presented two papers in the conference :– Integrated Planning Information System – a Basis for National Information System- (by Cybersoft CEO Assefa Dagne), and The Role of Information Technology(IT) in Logistics Solutions in Ethiopia (by Cybersoft Marketing Director Tekeste-Berhan Habtu). The presentations were well received by the participants as confirmed by the large number of visitors at the Cybersoft stand in the exhibition that was being held parallel to the conference organized by the British Council and other partners.
