Cybersoft uses some of the latest technology available to meet the support needs of its customers. In addition to direct support by trained personnel to provide on-hand help, Cybersoft support staff
make use of software such as Microsoft Net Meeting and PC Online to provide remote assistance to clients. Cybersoft also advises clients on various topics direct by phone as needed.
One of the most effective support services Cybersoft has provided is the Net Meeting support for an IPIS client in Bahir Dar. By remote dial-up connection to a designated computer
on the client's office, the maintainers of IPIS at Cybersoft have successfully managed to give their consistent professional support.
As part of its policy of providing quality support for its valued customers, Cybersoft has now provided an online Product Feedback form to enable its customers to
send reports on the software they acquired from the company. Clients can use the feedback form to inform Cybersoft how they would like to see the product improved and what problems, if any, they have
encountered while using the product. Cybersoft takes the views of its customers seriously and may put these views into consideration for possible future releases of the product.
